We will only provide a full refund for purchases made in less than 24 hours. A full refund cannot be processed after 24 hours.

All other refund requests will be partially refunded depending on the Subscription usage period if an issue caused by us cannot be resolved within 72 hours. The Beste4kmedien support team will contact users in all refund cases.

We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:

– The customer didn’t like the channel list.

– The customer found another service.

– The customer refuses to use the solutions provided by us in case of problems.

How long does it take to make a refund?

When paying by credit card, refunds are generally processed and funds are returned to the customer’s debit card within 20 to 31 business days.

However, there may be cases where a refund takes longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider, but only the IPTV service provider.

Any refund normally takes 20 to 90 business days, and it is not in our power to shorten this period. Our payment processors will process refund requests. We will do our best to refund users as soon as we receive the request and verify the user’s information.

When certain channels are occasionally interrupted, slow, or not working:

Although most of our servers are stable, certain channels may occasionally be interrupted or not work for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our experienced engineers are constantly working to fix them.

In most cases, these problems are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:

– Fluctuations in the customer’s Internet connection.

– Problem with the set-top box/applications/general client configuration.

– Customer ISP problem.

– Interruption of our server channel.

– Change in the customer’s opinion and desire to leave/change the server.

– Server update/restart on our side (required for weekly performance optimizations).

If the user/customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to a server issue or any other issue caused by us, we will fully refund the package price or add the lost time to your subscription for free + an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
